Meet Becka
Rebekah Smith received her Associates degree in accounting from a local business school in Sonoma County. Before graduating, she accepted a job at a CPA firm in Healdsburg and worked there for 14 years. Becka is an Enrolled Agent and has over 17 years of tax preparation and accounting experience. She has worked with many industries, including wineries, manufacturing, construction, and real estate.
Becka was raised in Sonoma County and after several years living and working in Washington state, she has returned to Santa Rosa with her daughter, Elivia, and dog, Bentley.
Becka was drawn to the accounting field because she loves solving puzzles and helping businesses grow and prosper. She looks forward to helping you and your business be successful!
Meet Beck
Rebekah Skopp was raised here in Sonoma County and has always had an aptitude for numbers. After attending UC Davis and receiving a degree in Neurobiology, Beck returned to Sonoma County and married her best friend Greg. They have two kids, Ellie and Nico, and a passel of dogs, cats and fish.
In 2015 Beck began working as a financial controller for a winery in Healdsburg and then in 2017 accepted an offer to work at a local CPA firm. There she not only prepared taxes, but was the go-to person for clients’ QuickBooks and winery inventory questions. She has completed many QuickBooks and accounting clean-up projects and looks forward to helping you!

Becka and Beck have been working together professionally since 2015 and have been friends since childhood. They founded Anchor Accounting after seeing the rapidly growing need for bookkeeping services in Sonoma County. They are both certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, and have extensive experience in bookkeeping clean up, organizational projects, winery inventory spreadsheets and general bookkeeping. In addition to that, Becka is an Enrolled Agent and has many years of tax preparation experience. While we do not offer tax preparation services at this time, our experience will enable us to advise you on how best to prepare your books for taxes. We look forward to meeting with you and discussing your individual needs!
